Manage billing without surprises.

Paddle is the merchant of record for AI Quilting purchases and handles payment, receipts, subscription management, and billing support.

Cancel at any time

You may cancel your membership from the billing link in your AI Quilting account or purchase receipt. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Payments are non-refundable

We do not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, or unused subscription time. Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next charge.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live or Paddle's obligations as merchant of record. If Paddle or a payment provider reverses a payment under those rules, access to the related membership ends.

Billing help

For a duplicate charge, an unrecognized payment, or a failure to receive the purchased service, contact aiprismroom@gmail.com with your Paddle transaction reference. Never send payment-card details by email.
